Pretty much counter intuitive to any other war-gaming list building exercise because the first and best advice for any new or even old hand infinity players is play.....

Tripple wing part 2
This one is a bit different to the last one. its more flexible still built around the base of the Dark Vengeance Box Set, with more oomph.

I blame Commando Comics...
No really I do, I once read a Commando Comic... well a lot more than one but still that's not the point anyway this story featured a British artillery unit using the above pictured 25 Pouinder.

To go with army A or army B...
Well it's been awhile... I thought I would catch you up on what I was doing, mainly 40k putting together my Auztrailians, yes spelt that way so not to get confused with anyone else or any other writing that I may or may not be doing for miniature companies... Along with an announcement of the latest WFB campaign in our local group. This time it's a smaller size with only 16 players. But first my beloved ANZACs...

It's about time you got here
Dark angels and their allies. Obviously Space Wolves are not going to be the ally of choice, if nothing else a fluff point of view. But allies ought to fill holes in your list, if you're aiming to win. If you're aiming to fluff, fluff away. With my ANZAC Imperial guard I'm aiming to do both.
But lets start with my other army Orks ...

Review Dark Angels Codex 6th Edition
Um wow... is the short version... no actually I can go shorter... Woot :)
It's here it's pretty, in hard back and mine.... Mwahahahahahaha...
And from what Ive seen pretty darn awesomesauce. Maybe because Im a long time (rogue trader era) Dark Angels player I appreciate what Jeremy Vetock did with this codex.

Snappy Glue Smear Part 1
How does snappy glue smear? I don't know I was hoping you'd tell me :) Any-ways there are 3 days left till preorder for my beloved Dark Angels, I cant help but notice that there is a limited edition DA codex which will be 90$US which means it will be more likely 180 Australian. But what do I think of 2012 just gone and what do I think of 2013? will be in Snappy Glue Smear part 2

Reinforcements Arriving Sir! part three
I'm excited, more Dark Angels 2 Veteran Squads and another devastator squad incoming and my own Aegis Defence line should be arriving this week. (Edit they did arrive I started this post at least 2 weeks ago possible up to four weeks ago along with my jump packs). I'm sorry I havent been more active but the silly season is here, and not being 100% hasnt been helping either. But onto the Reinforcements...

Fiddly bits and then some
I like fiddling... with minatures. Right now I am in the process of converting some models to be Dark Angel Veterans...

Betrayal: Act one
Using the Forge World book Horus Heresy Book 1 Betrayal seems like a good idea. So on top of the current campaign a few of us are going to go hammer and tongs with Betrayal and see how that goes....

Long in the tooth
I almost bought some undead vixens today even though I don't have an undead army or a nurgle army... I did buy some Mantic Corporation (I will do a reveiw of them when I get around to it.) and a second hand DA character (cough) vehicle But that has nothing to do with today's topic. Faeit212 has been banging out... well... collecting Dark Angels rumours so I dont have to trawl all the gaming sites yay and anonamooose peoples have been whinging about how the Dark Angels neeeeed a new codex....

Mission Randomness or winning and killing arent the same thing
Appologies my health is not so shiny at the moment and so Ive not been updating this too much. I think its taken me a week to punch this out.
This post covers both Fantasy and 40K and the vagueries of the random missions. I'd like to point out I don't do competitions so I have no idea about how tournaments work out, this is just for friendly games. In short its about covering you bases...

Reinforcements arring Sir! part 2
I've been a bit slack... ok a lot slack about updating this thing, However as promised I will get into the nitty gritty of my phat loot... and why you should never pay Australian retail unless you really want it right fething now, aka impulse buy luckily for GW I have those alot.

Off with their heads or putting you heads together.... litterally
Australian Sci Fi wargaming models is perhaps not a term you hear often. But I'm getting involved in a Only war Campaign which is the Imperial Guard version of Deathwatch, Rogue Trader, and so on and the group decided to do an ANZAC regiment with the feel and the style of circa 1915-18..
